Latin Personal Ads makes no guarantee on the amount of responses you may or may not receive nor do we make any guarantee on any specific results from your personal ad. In addition, Latin Personal Ads is not liable from what may result between you and any lady contacted from your personal ad. All prices are subject to change and all sales are final, however if your personal ad is not published due to the fault of the newspaper such as a change in advertising policy,you will have the option of selecting another newspaper or receiving a full refund within 30 days or less. After payment is receieved, all personal ads will be submitted in Spanish to the newspapers requested. Latin Personal Ads is not responsable for personal ads that are edited for content by the foreign newspapers listed on our web site. Once personal ads are placed in the foreign newspaper, they cannot be changed or edited. Any sexual, suggestive or illegal personal ads will not be placed. Any responses from your ad are NOT TO BE SOLD to other companies or other persons. This would be considered "unethical" and "unauthorized" and would be a strict violation of copyright laws and subject to fines and damages. Any unauthorized duplication, sale, illegal or commercial use of Latin Personal Ads, photo or data is prohibited and will be subject to damages,prosecution and all legal fees. ©
